We are often so busy we feel there is no time to stop and meditate! Meditation actually gives you more time by making your mind calmer and more focused. A simple ten to fifteen minute breathing meditation can help you to over come your stress and find some inner peace and balance. On a deeper level, meditation is a doorway into the unknown. It can help us get a sense of the mystery of who we are.
